Rob Henson is an outstanding professional technologist with a National Higher Diploma in

architecture and extensive experience in architecture, design, construction & project

management, is extremely well versed in AutoCAD & Revit as well as Photoshop and other

rendering software. He has gained worldwide working experience having lived and worked in

the USA for nearly 12 years. A best-in-class student while studying at Wits Technikon who

has been hugely successful in conceptualizing, planning, designing and managing residential

as well as commercial, & entertainment projects with over 25 years experience.

• Bank of America: Prepared construction documentation and obtained city permits for 5 branches and ATM

locations in Arizona, USA

• National Bank of Arizona: 3D models and presentation materials for client presentations.

• 1st Bank - Colorado: Prepared construction documentation, reviewed sub-contractor shop drawings

• Pure Fitness Health Clubs: Prepared construction documentation, obtained city permits and project manage

various health club locations from ground up shell construction as well as the tenant improvements

• Auldbrass Plantation, Charleston South Carolina: Managed the maintenance and preservation project of this

Frank Lloyd Wright historical site, including a mention by name in a book "Auldbrass: Frank Lloyd Wright's

Southern Plan" by David G. De Long & the publishing of the 3D computer renditions of the original drawings

for the plantation.
